Efficiency through interlocking
"Punch cutting" is a patented concept used on the strip puncher. Strips of interlocked labels save on material - up to 50% for champagne labels. The labels are separated with a pre-cut (with an open die contour) followed by the final contour punching on a conventional Busch punch.
The machine also produces square-cut labels, - especially narrow labels fed in double rows, side by side. For this purpose a straight die is used.
