Automatic destacking of layers and automatic transport towards the high-speed cutter.
Baumann Loaders usually feed the high-speed cutter via the rear-table and are installed at the cutter's right hand side in most cases. The destacked layers are transported towards the cutter either by a pushing unit BTE or by a gripper transport system BFS. It is possible to integrate Baumann loaders into an automatic logistic system.
When front-table feeding is desired, the loader will usually be installed at the right hand side of the cutter. The destacked layer is either transported semi-automatically towards the cutter by a pneumatically driven pusher or manually by the operator.
Possible destacking systems
Reflective wedge (destacking exactly the pre-defined layer)
Long separating strips (E-System, destacking exactly the pre-defined layer)
Short separating strips (destacking exactly the pre-defined layer)
Light-barrier, which is adjusted to the requested layer hight (destacking roughly the requested layer, destacking of exactly the pre-defined layer is not possible)
Longitudinal installation (the loader takes up the layer at its smaller side)
Installation at an right angle (the loader takes up the layer at its larger side)
Loaders for formats 8 and 10 are constructed with a double-support.
